Clubs use ourclubsale.com to set up and manage their bring-and-buy events from start to finish. Everything from the event's basic details through to the categories of items accepted and the commission structure is configured here.
Vendors create a single account on ourclubsale.com. That account works across every participating club โ so a vendor who sells at three different clubs throughout the year registers once, not three times.
Vendors submit their items in advance โ the platform generates barcoded labels for each one. On sale day, every item has a unique identifier that ties it directly back to its vendor, with no ambiguity.
On the day of the event, items are sold using a barcode-based point of sale system. Each scan brings up the item's details and links the sale back to the right vendor automatically. No paper receipts, no guesswork.
Once the sale closes, ourclubsale.com calculates everything. How much each vendor sold, what commission the club retains, and what each vendor is owed. The manual spreadsheet is replaced by a clear, accurate summary the club can act on directly.
After the event, clubs and vendors have access to clear summaries of everything that happened. Treasurers get the numbers they need. Vendors get a straightforward view of their results. And the records stay available for as long as you need them.
